Cresendo by Becca fitzpatrick

This book is in my fav. five. I love it.. I left the book i was reading midway just to read this one.. After reading, book one (Hush,Hush) I thought this one was going to be lemo lema but it slap me in the face the characters, the situation and the whole thing was WOW. what I didnot like was the ending ahhh I ended wanting more.. those of you that have'nt read Hush, Hush or Cresendo, please do, you wont regret it.. I love it and so will you.. can't wait for Tempest coming in Fall 2011..

Nora should have known her life was far from perfect. Despite starting a relationship with her guardian angel, Patch (who, title aside, can be described as anything but angelic), and surviving an attempt on her life, things are not looking up. Patch is starting to pull away and Nora can't figure out if it's for her best interest or if his interest has shifted to her arch-enemy, Marcie Millar. Not to mention that Nora is haunted by images of her father and she becomes obsessed with finding out what really happened to him that night he left for Portland and never came home.
The further Nora delves into the mystery of her father's death, the more she comes to question if her Nephilim bloodline has something to do with it as well as why she seems to be in danger more than the average girl. Since Patch isn't answering her questions and seems to be standing in her way, she has to start finding the answers on her own. Relying too heavily on the fact that she has a guardian angel puts Nora at risk again and again. But can she really count on Patch or is he hiding secrets darker than she can even imagine?

HUSH, HUSH by Becca Fitzpatrick

Tis book wa amazing. I love the was writing and the characters are wonderful. I can stop saying that I love this book and can't wait for Cresendo. I have to know more about this romances story. he felt for her even thout he need to kill her, to be come human. She was afraid of him but she fall for him. I love the story and hope everyone love it like i did.

For Nora Grey, romance was not part of the plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how much her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch came along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Nora is drawn to him against her better judgment.
But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure who to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is, and to know more about her than her closest friends. She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.
For Nora is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen - and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost her life.

If I Stay by Gayle Forman

                                         If I Stay

I finish this book and I have to say wow. Not only it kept me reading but it made me cry like and idiot. the love for her music and the love she feels about Adam it just amazing. The part that really broke me that i had to stop and cry my eyes out, was when her grandpa gives her the ok to give up and go. OMG. I'm becoming fan of this author. Her writing is phenomenal. the only down side in this book was the ending, yes I wanted more. but I know that's how things and books are. at least there a sequel for this book "WHERE SHE WENT" coming this spring. I can wait for it. If you haven't read this book yet. well I recomend to do so.

On a day that started like any other…
Mia had everything: a loving family, a gorgeous, adoring boyfriend, and a bright future full of music and full of choices. Then, in an instant, almost all of that is taken from her. Caught between life and death, between a happy past and an unknowable future, Mia spends one critical day contemplating the one decision she has left—the most important decision she’ll ever make.
Simultaneously tragic and hopeful, this is a romantic, riveting and ultimately uplifting story about memory, music, living, dying, loving.

The Host by Stephenie Meyer

This book I have read like 7 to 8 times, maybe more. This book starts slow, and you think to put it down and then it picks up. Melanie Stryder is a ighter and Wanda too. There relationship is like no other. Wanda travel around to lots of places and never though of staying in one place. She never found that special some one, until she came to Earth. Her love for a homan will make decide to stay and die on earth. Melanie loves her life, and loves Wanda. She rather keep Wanda in her head than loosing her. I like the whole plot. Stephenie Meyer added one more chapter to this book and you can see Melanie in her body and try to explain to Ian about Wanda. Can't wait for more Host related books.

Melanie Stryder refuses to fade away.
Our world has been invaded by an unseen enemy. Humans become hosts for these invaders, their minds taken over while their bodies remain intact and continue their lives apparently unchanged. Most of humanity has succumbed.
When Melanie, one of the few remaining "wild" humans is captured, she is certain it is her end. Wanderer, the invading "soul" who has been given Melanie's body, was warned about the challenges of living inside a human: the overwhelming emotions, the glut of senses, the too vivid memories. But there was one difficulty Wanderer didn't expect: the former tenant of her body refusing to relinquish possession of her mind.
Wanderer probes Melanie's thoughts, hoping to discover the whereabouts of the remaining human resistance. Instead, Melanie fills Wanderer's mind with visions of the man Melanie loves—Jared, a human who still lives in hiding. Unable to separate herself from her body's desires, Wanderer begins to yearn for a man she has been tasked with exposing. When outside forces make Wanderer and Melanie unwilling allies, they set off on a dangerous and uncertain search for the man they both love.

Sisters in Sanity by Gayle Forman

So, you guys know by now that I love any story that the character is in a reform school or in this case is in a cocos nest ha ha ha.I found this book last year and I like it.  Brit is a girl that is miss under stood. She is no big time rebel. She's just in love with witing and singing. Her mom when crazy and left her and her father . He re-married and to her step-monster. Brit thinks is her step-monster the one who made the decision to send her to Red Rock. She meets four incredible girls and bond with them.  V (virginia) is the suicidal-ideation ,Bebe is the slut, Martha is the fat girl and Casie the lesbian. They form a club nameThe Divinely Fabulous Ultra-Exclusive Club of the Cuckoos. i love the relationship they created in this crazy enviroment. This book is not a fast pace book but it's not a drag one. I like it alot.

"Where are they taking me?"
"It's for your own good, Brit," Dad said.
I was shoved into a small, stuffy room, and the door was locked behind me. I waited for my dad to realize he'd made a terrible mistake and come get me.
But he didn't.
For sixteen-year-old Brit Hemphill, it's hard to know who she can trust. Convinced she's out of control, her father has sentenced her to Red Rock: a center for supposedly rebellious teens, where the therapy consists of name-calling and the girls who get privileges are the ones who rat out their peers.
But then Brit meets V, Bebe, Martha, and Cassie—four girls who keep her from going over the edge. Together, they'll hold on to their sanity and their sisterhood despite the bleak Red Rock reality.
